Owners Duane and Rhonda Bell have been avid anglers for years as a getaway from their busy professional lives.  Traveling across the nation to places in  Arkansas, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and Idaho. In 2003 they sold the family business  and moved to nearby Bull Shoals, AR, where they built Cedar Springs Country Inn B & B.

In 2003 they built Cedar Springs Country Inn, a rustic western style lodge, bed and breakfast and White River Troutfitters, a full service fishing guide service just 2 minutes from the beautiful White River Trophy Area below Bull Shoals Dam.
